Non excelent learning curve

Working at C.O.G is a very challenging at the same time ecciting.Working condition very good, good management stuff but most discouraging factor the jop is short term contract. Terms of working depend on the client contract with company. Is nice outsource to work with but slow to develop or explore duo to limited resources.

Pros: There will always less prmotions since company depend on clients.
Cons: Yes, there are sometimes extra hours required to work duo to nature of work.

Very good company to work for.

This company has one best of administratives i have ever met and i caa recomend job seekers to try their luck through it. If my job was permanent i wouldnt mind to stay for long with this company.The most challenging aspect working here is we work acording to our clints need and thus time is of atmost more important.

Pros: Well as far as im concerned promotion is available but limited.
Cons: It is a long working hour fild since we depend on clients for knocking off.
