This is the high stage where I get most related to my employees and their representatives.

I deal with issues relating or that may cause me to be at the CCMA or Labor Court in that I prevent them from happening for as long as am still with this company, more of it I apply the basic conditions of employment and Labor Law related solutions to secure mainly the name of the company and the associates. I enjoy mostly doing my payroll as it is the most simplest duty to do every Monday of every week because the T&A system almost does it all. I like the most challenging aspects such as being confronted by the employee's representatives when trying to find the way of representing their member which is my employee... I deal with it into my high level best when applying the laws that they already know.

Pros: There are great benefits within these position
Cons: Working at night has never been easy for me and this is my 3rd year working only @ night.

Btech degree in Cost and Management Accounting at the Durban University of Technology. Worked 3 years at Capital Outsourcing Group which is a subsidiary of the listed company Adcorp Holdings. Exellent in learning curve

We were in a most biggest warehouse in the country,what good about the company is that you learn different job at once,from receiving, picking to a forklift driver, too many employees but the relationship was always good leading by good superiors,it always busy but everyone is putting more effort to reach the target and production
