I have been working for Capite bank Ltd since 2010, and I have learnt a great deal about client service. -Clientcentric is one word I would use to describe the success of any institution which makes it's source of income from mainly providing a service. -learning from client complaints is yet another way to ensure exceptional delivery of service and understanding the demands of your target market. These have been my most important highlights in my client service career. I also believe them valuable tools which can be modified and applied in any industry, this I have yet to prove to myself.
Pros: Exceptional training for new employees , it matures them for the work environment
Cons: Very long working hours

Ownership as it teaches one responsibility
We work 9 hours a day with an hours lunch, we're in an open plan environment with clusters in between terms. My team consists of 9 agents and myself. Co workers make the day great as there's different personalities that you must learn and adapt to. I've learnt patience and how to work with people of different characters and how to approach individual cases without clouding my judgment. I enjoy the human factor and speaking to people. Having to constantly await for feedback from other departments as we have less or minimum control over them.

Dealing with different types of client and handling their queries.
Its been a great journey i enjoyed working with clients assisting them with their accounts and building a long lasting relationship with clients mostly making them feel welcome by always being ready to assist and listening to them attentively before responding.

Racism lives at Capitec bank.I resigned from the company due brutal emtional abuse from my Managers.
I resigned from the company due brutal emtional abuse from my Managers.They are so racists our manager was an evil person and could not hide it.Now my life is a mess because of her.

Its a good company that you learn more things.
We work from 8 to 5 pm but from 25 to 1 of every month we work 8 to 5h30.we are not free to raise our opinions because in the past we were not allowed to join any union.it is not nice to work in a hostile environment that you are not free.our increase rely solemnly on management so if you are not one of his or her favourites it is a problem.you learn more things because you do everything like opening new savings account,issue loans and take deposits.i enjoy serving clients and interacting with them seeing them happy building houses and buying reliable cars paying for their education with loan money makes me happy.i think more work load is the most challenging part and long working hours

Hard working an willing to achieve goal an as whole in team
im a hard working person in my company i do almost every work there excerp granting loan an opening account an mananging work bt admin an arranging handover an welcome client to the branch an direct them to the rite cubical or work station also alert them about fraud hapening around the evironment telling them to careful also teach them how to use mobile an internet banking at their phones an how to operate atm safety an borrowing money to our atm an deposit an bank statement basic wht i enjoy about my job is im always happy an i interact wth people.the challenging part is sum client they are difficult an the working hours an you work 6 days a week

Excellent learning curve
- I take about 60 calls a day - I work well with my co-workers - I have learnt to be patiend and understanding - I enjoy assisting the clients - Having to follow up on a escalated request

I work in a very demanding profession always be IT technics.
I am an ATM technician,assist clients with any queries that relate to technicalities. Provide technical support my colleagues to ensure smooth operation. I am challenged to always multi task,know what different challenges mean and their implications. Plan daily routines.
Pros: Challenging environment therefore learn on a daily basis
Cons: Not being able to resolve the problem immediately in order for the next client to get assistance
