At Cappello we used to serve Customers food and drinks and for that point you need to well come a Customer.you always greet with a smile.you must always have good attitude. And you also enjoy getting to engage with customers

I gained alot of experience about the hospitality industry.

A normal 10 hour shift consisted of serving customers and ensuring everyone is doing what is required in order for the restaurant to run smoothly. I had positive relationships with all of my co-workers. I learnt perseverance and mostly enjoyed interacting with customers face-to-face

Good customer service but delay to pay employees

my review at cappello is that i've learn a lot about hospitality, and customer service,how to create a rapour with clients,and make my clients feel welcome at the home of joy.I am a good sales man now, and l honestly like working with people and meeting new faces,learning different languages so i can go far with my sales.and mostly what challenges me most is dealing with difficult clients.i enjoy spending time with my co-workers and talking about the challenges of life.
