Full steam, all the time

Company dedicated to the education and upskilling of future chefs and hospitalians. Tight control on budgets, impossible targets and constant pressure. Managed to make myself extremely sick with the amount of pressure and stress.

Pros: Great opportunity for learning your own pressure points
Cons: Constant pressure
