I love working in a calm, content environment beacause i can be able to think clearly.

I have certainly loved working with most people. I love working in a peaceful, calm and content environment, learning people characters and adapting to them. one of the challenges I have gotten to experience is people no being able to work underpressure and not meeting deadlines. My relationship is open and really honest with my co-wokers. I enjoy people's company and giving things the best of my ability.

Me being honest and open hlps prevent work inadiquency and misunderstandings

I love working with People all the time and i appreciate them as well as value their input and opinions. My relationship with co-workers is always open and well communicated. i refuse to work under distress over something that can be resolved. I have learnt to understand and allow people to be who they are professionally. I certainly enjoy being good and well mannered to my felow people. My challenges are when people do not meet deadlines and cannot cooperate. And i like to get my work done in time.
