Providing an excellent service at the cost of somewhat unhappy employees

I would say that its a typical working day, coming in day after day and doing my job. I love the industry that I have chosen as my career path but I know that my worth is a lot more than what they are currently paying me and giving me credit for. I would not change the industry that I work in because I know I am making a difference in someones life. One cannot be without health insurance in this day and age and I love providing an excellent service to any client no matter what the premium size is, its about changing their lives for financial well being. What frustrates me is that not everyone views this job as exactly that, we are here to provide exceptional service and we cannot choose who we want or do not want to deal with. Top management not always seeing the worth in the employees frustrates me because its viewed that everyone is replaceable. No increases in salary only decreases and no bonuses are provided.

Pros: Learned a lot more about the healthcare industry
Cons: Forcing a person into a career path that I've never wanted to take

Good learner fast Lerner I love office work.

Good day I'm looking for a job with a basic income. I have 2 kids that one need to provide for. I am available to start as soon as bosible. I'm good with computer programs. Thank you Riana van der Merwe

Pros: I love working with people. I take my job as my happy place because I'm 90% of my live at work. I'm a fast learner.
Cons: I like to be home weakens with my kids.
