Excellent opportunities given to learn and expand ones knowledge

Being in the QA department is challenging and hard work but everyday i have learnt something new. I enjoy working with all people and departments - basically being an all rounder. There is different aspects to QA such as audits,training and writing and implementing SOPs all which i thoroughly enjoy.

Pros: Plenty to learn
Cons: Jobs are based on funding

Prospects

Counselling and administration support. We believe in team works to achieve a common goal and achieve our daily targets. Assertiveness, respect client opinions and give direction where necessary. interpretation of pathology results, treatment plans ARV's drugs. interaction with clients, assist client to see life differently and encourage them to take care of their lives during the phase of hopelessness and offer the necessary support. Dealing with clients who seemed to be non-adherent, don't keep dr appointments and changing behavior to take their medication daily. Alcoholic clients on medication.

Good learning curve

Underpaid little to no opportunity for advancement overall company culture is unsupportive. Certain people get promotion even if he/she has Grdae 9. No recognition of educated /qualifeid people, LITTLLE TO NO OPPOTUNITY FOR ADVANCEMENT O
