Responsible for all aspects of financ

Work in a high pressure extremely busy reporting environment. Serving as head of Finance Norway, during + M&A (Cargill bought out Ewos AS)with large scale integration + merger across Scotland & Norway, transitioning to SBS & moving remote office to HO. Reporting to MD, VP and other other heads of departments, the position requires focus, high energy & stress resistance. I lead the steering committee for the ERP system + guided the entire organisation though two successful audits. The intercultural aspects of this job is the most challenging aspect having to bring American, Norwegian, European and Eastern European cultures to successfully complete the transition. It demands patience, tact and diplomacy at its best. Being transparent and direct as a South African, has given me a good learning experience in this area. Very interesting work ,modern ,multinational company which looks after its employees

Excellent working conditions , exposure to all aspects of financial accounting (USAGAAP snd IFRS) and management accounting . I am very lucky to be working in a great team. All of my colleagues are highly educated,very responsible and enthusiastic young people. We all enjoy working for a great company . I enjoy solving difficult technical issues and contributing to the success of the team and the company. The job is in Sofia ,Bulgaria . I lived in South Africa for 27,5 years and I like the lifestyle of South Africa more than Bulgaria. I miss my friends and even my dogs . I miss running )park run) and playing my favorite sports golf and lawn bowls.However I enjoy yoga and ski in my free time .

Pros: Intetesting ,motivating and rewarding work environment
Cons: The location in Sofia . Air is extremely pouted ,good is totally compromised.Expendive to live in Sofia on my own .
