If you don't know something ask, even when you are not sure you heard correctly.
It is a great experience working with them, I share an office with my manager of the division and it does not even feel like he's my manager. I got so comfortable with him he's more of a friend and just colleague than a superior. A typical day I would have coffee in the morning, go through yesterday list of loads and invoicing, create an excel schedule for the previous day loads and Invoicing. Around 12h00 when I am done, go through my Aging and make calls and send emails to respond to queries mostly from debtors and creditors. Then the rest of the day I do my capturing of Creditors and Debtors Invoices.

Excellent learning curve
Startup laptop. Sign onto systems. Review previous day's activities. Dispatch orders. Invoice. train and delegate tasks to subordinates. Do reports. Attend executive meetings. Do strategic plans. Am an active member of a new project team for the company.
Pros: Awesome foundation
Cons: Salary too little
