Working in Carl Zeiss is soo exciting you are given the privillage of learning different instrument and the creativity of the company is classic and you got to travel to diffrent country and learn about different people and their work ethics.The relationship with my co workers is very good becausr we backup one another when we work the only challenge we have is meeting client that demand more than we normally deliver

Sense of accomplishments

Nothing gives me more job satisfaction that working for a company which has a Great culture. I believe with the right culture in an organization you can achieve almost everything. I work in an environment where everyone wants to help each other and at the end of the day it gives us as a team a great sense of accomplishments
