am a energetic person who is able to work office hours flexibly. Very attentive to detail, very much constructive, able to adapt and work with a team towards a mutual goal. Can meet deadlines and customer satisfaction. Passionate on the things I engage in, always constructive. I believe I am an efficient worker, able to deliver effective client services to enhance professional image of the company to the client. I am a broad-minded person however has a hungry brain that still needs to learn more, as for am a very fast learner. I am confidence on my own abilities, work well under pressure and priorities my workload so deadlines could be meet. I am flexible with hours and free to travel. Able to go an extra mile.

I am one of a few payroll people that actually love what I do

My work day is planned from very important to less important. I never work my actual hours, always have something to do and will finish what I am busy with. I have a great relationship with my co-workers. I am very positive and I learn every day from my colleagues and payroll are never the same. I have learnt that people need to be educated how to understand their payslips. That you as a payroll administrator must have a lot of patience when there are queries from individuals. I enjoy solving queries and finalizing payroll. I enjoy all aspects of payroll. Most challenging is impatient employees that does not know how payroll is functioning. My managers don't have to ask me for their reports at month end. I have a list and I make sure all reports is out by the last day of each month. I am very disciplined and know my responsibilities. I work totally independently.

Learning curve

Working at Carlson wagonlit travel is good because you learn lot of things and easy to adapt, I've learned to work hard and be a team player and always be check documents before sending to clients and my relationships with my co workers was good as there for each other and helping them out with their work, the most important thing i enjoyed is to work as a team anf focusing to get the job done, challenges about the job is when you book hotel, car and the suppliers tell you that they fully booked

Excellent learning Curve

Working at CWT is good, I learned many things that I didn't know. My relationship with m Co-workers is excellent as we work as a team and helping one another. I have learnt how to book, car hire, accommodation, transfers and flights. I enjoy booking them all and issuing travel documents, sending them to clients. The most challenging aspect is that when you do re-issues or when a client call, shouting on the phone. Even when you trying to calm them down.

Excellent learning curve

Had a very positive relationship with the co-workers, I have learnt alot about financee, I enjoyed the working relationship I had with the managers and the co-workersrs
