I have learned almost everything here at the company and have grown since my arrival.
Filing, fixed term contracts, notifications, managing my directors calendar, drafting charges for the hearing, sending out of meeting invites, checking employees files for previous warnings and issuing of warnings, sending out the disciplinary schedule on weekly basis. Monitoring the fixed term contracts if they expire. working on notifications, suspensions, dismissal and termination letters. Doing abscondtions and follow ups with CCMA. Preparing the CCMA file for when the case sits. Capturing of disciplinaries and training on VIP. I work very well with my colleagues because I am always professional. I have learned most of my work here and also that you cannot personalize things.
Pros: you learn to think on your feet and come with solutions fast.
Cons: Keeps you on your toes and have to be neutral at all times before taking a decision.

New industries
Work to make a difference and grow clients businesses. Changing the dynamic and the culture of the people under me as a manager.Strengthen the company's relationship with its clients, and to build up new talent and leaders for the future

I am innovative, analytical thinker, able to work under pressure, I am calm when things go wrong,decision making, guidelines, I am computer literate, good typing skill and always sober minded.I am able to solve problems. Able to work long hours and shifts working patterns. Easy to approach.

Have learnt a lot from the company in terms of experience
Filing,Capturing on VIP, drafting notifications, formulating charges, issuing of warning, consultations with employees and liaising with the managers, opening nw files, follow ups with the CCMA.
Pros: It has been a great learning curve.
Cons: money is not good and its far for me. So I spend a lot on transport.

I have learnt a lot from the company
Filing, capturing on VIP, drafting notification, formulating charges for the hearing, liaising with the mangers, opening new files, follow ups with the CCMA, issuing of warnings,abscondtions, drafting of dismissal, suspensions and contracts.
Pros: It has been a great learning curve.
Cons: the money is not good and the place is too far for me and the cost of the transport is too much.

Good starting block
The company has growth potential but allot of inner politics which will leave you side-lined if you do not fit into the culture . Also there is not allot of opportunity to grow salary wise if y.
Pros: Good for exposure to the industry
