Learnt management skills and taking responsibility

Coming from a logistics environment, at Carrus I've learnt to manage people and polished my leadership skills. Meeting new people is also a highlight, with the recruitment industry's big turnover you get to learn from the people you interact with. Absorbing different companies culture is also another thing.

Pros: Learned to be a leader and take responsibility
Cons: No career growth, from 2003 still doing the same job in the same environment.

Detailed Oriented, analytical thinker

I have experience in all HR field. I am willing to work on any department within your company. I am a hard working person and willing to learn.To establish myself in a dynamic environment where the knowledge I have acquired at the university and the experience I have gained from the company I am working for could be utilized. I have studied Human Resource Management and I would like to learn and grow hence bringing commitment, innovation and value. Getting more exposure and a broad experience in different fields of HR departments.

Pros: Making a positive impact in the company through my experience and ethics,Develop myself in leadership areas through experience and training offered by the company
Cons: Working overtime, extra hours, extra mile
