Excellent

A typical day here at CD is its never the same, you get to meet new people,different people everyday and that's whats so excited some days are quiet some days are very busy. You build a professional relationship with co-workers, actually everyone because you get to deal with all of them on a daily basis if not in person then telephonic-ally or via email and they are always friendly and assist you in a professional, kind way. I have learned to keep kalm and take it slow when a difficult customer approach you, never rush a sale because it keeps you from making mistakes and upsetting a client. What I enjoy most working for CD is dealing with all kinds of clients helping them fixing problems handling the difficult ones it just makes me happy when a angry client leaves the store with a smile. Most challenging aspects of the job is to satisfy needy clients especially when they are in need of a product that you know is scares at the moment but you still do your best to keep the customer happy.

Great platform for learning management skills

I am responsible for opening and closing the store. I arrive at work around 7:30 so that I can prioritise my day and ensure that the store is neat and stock is packed on its shelf's before I open the doors at 9:00. I mostly work on my own, but I do have a great work relationship with my supervisor and manager including some of my co-workers from other stores. I have learned to make decisions on the spot, work independently and manage a fully stocked store while ensuring a high rate of customer service and sales. What I enjoy most is counting stock and inserting it on to the system, processing quotations for large orders. Most challenging aspects are the frequent updates from manufactures that blocks our number one house brand, that causes returns if customers were unable to bypass the first attempt of installing a non original cartridge.

Work with many people

I enjoy my work, but I need something that pays better and I want to grow and I don't feel like I can achieve that in my current position. My mother is sivk and I need to take care of her but with my current salary I'm not able to do that. I don't have a lot of experience but I am willing to learn and prove myself, I will work hard

Inequality

The company does not take care of its employees and they are bully towards their staff and they never take countability for their mistakes. People always leave and no one is happy besides the ones who knows their views will be taken to head by the ones on top

Good place for first job

A typical work day includes handeling client purchases, queries and suggestions to best use their printers. Also includes repair advice. This includes logging in clients details, tracking previous invoices and telephonic queries. Working relationship is fair, teamwork is a perk. Gained experiences in Computer, Printer and electronic accessories knowledge . Dealing with familiar clients and offering quality client care. Learning of the latest printer releases and their softwares. Computer troubleshooting and unhappy clients

Career advancement

I'm a driver with 10years driving experience. I work hard, under pressure, in a team and adhoc to duties fast. I did Chauffeur work for 3 years. Doing airport transfers, door to door shuttle and tours. My current post I'm a delivery driver, attending to collections daily. I was a messenger /driver for Unisa in Gauteng region. I'm a team player, punctual, very neat and focus

Great Learning Curve

Great opportunity to cultivate Admin and Client Care experience. Good commission structure. Ability to learn from senior colleagues. Good training structure from senior colleagues. Filing and stock transfer, with good referencing Methodical
