its a colourful organisation with people from different background who enjoy a good laugh just that processes and protocol isn't always followed and it normally broken from the Directorship level which makes it difficult to hold the fort at managerial level but you would still be expected to be accountable at all times and there is nepotism with appointments of staff being dictated from directorship level hence as a manager you might simply not have a grip of the organisation especially that some of the appointments will be relatives and friends of the directors who in turn will want to weird the powers of the directors with some of the directors enabling such a toxic environment

Learning curve
lots of work on a typical day with trying to manage politics with the directors and with the employees. structures are not always followed which makes it difficult to hold staff accountable
Pros: great opportunity to work with people from different backgrounds
Cons: difficult to get time off
