Excellent learning curve
My relationship with the workers is good cause we are able to collaborate. I've learnt how to give good customer service. The most challenging aspects is dealing with difficult customers but I can handle that as I've been on customer service training. So im able to interact well with different kinds of people. I enjoy working with my colleagues cause we understand each other and can work together because it's important as well to respect one another.
Pros: I would like to be promoted one day because of my dedication to my job.
Cons: Working hours are OK. We work from 8am to 5pm

My dailly life
I love my job but my hours is getting to me now start work at 8 and finish off at 18h30 customers and staff are the best people I know once you get to know them you'll love the. my manager is a very nice person he knows how to handle the staff and control the customers. I have learned never to trust anyone and that you are responsible for your own future , my jobs depends on marketing most off my day convincing customers getting them to believe in me and loving me

Excelent learning curve
Doing collections is about having a skill to collect, connecting with your customer's but getting them to pay as well.on a daily bases i learn alot of things including different types of people.My co- workers are like family to me and we often take some time to review and learn from each other's experiences.(training)becouse i have worked in 4 defferent departments i have been exposed not only to defferent work expience but defferent people and learning the department as well as the work thought me alot of things including my strength.

Cash Converters: Strategic, operational and development planning of 85+ Franchised stores in South Africa, Namibia and Zambia; responsible for operations, training, store development and projects departments and develop strategic plans to achieve business objectives; Oversee change management and complete all actions concerning annual / seasonal budget processes, delivering profit targets and sales while maintaining healthy staffing and stock controls. King Pie: Strategic, operational and development planning of 300 Franchised stores in South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Mozambique, Swaziland and Zambia; coordinate operations, training and projects departments, resolve issues and develop strategic plans to achieve business objectives; Oversee change management and complete all actions concerning annual budget processes, delivering profit targets and sales while maintaining strict stock controls via a centralised distribution centre.
Pros: To use my skills to add tremendous value in a exciting environment
Cons: To inculcate a focused approach can be challenging if this is not already in place.

Learned to deal with difficult customers.
I enjoyed working there as it taught me how to interact with customers face to face and you start having ntural conversations with them. Thats how you can make your sales and reach target. My challenges were on those days when the shops are quiet and there are no customers but month end I tried to make up for the lost.

A good working enviroment,gained alot of experience.passion for my job.
Its been a well worth 6years work at Cash Converters. I have been honoured with receiving an award every year for my job contribution. I have excelled in the last years.In the last 2 months we have gone under new management which is really awesome.However my husband is currently looking for a job in Gauteng so I am trying to get a job as well. Learning
I am a hard working self-starter who has a proven ability to, identify potential key clients, build relationships and close new business opportunities. I am a well organised individual who is willing to take full commercial responsibility for issues such as; managing accounts to maximise profit, customer retention, revenue generation, base growth and tenure. I am persistent in my drive for improvement and have a good track record of bringing in new business.

Good learning and skill building, customer orientated, requires multi tasking
Purchasing of stock on a daily basis, comparing prices and buying the right product at the right price, being abreast of new markets trends on technology and pricing, learning how to handle handle difficult situation and make that same situation benefit both me and the customer, I have learned to understand than being understood, I have learned to be assertive and strong, I am goal driven and willing to learn new things

Finance experience
Interact with more than 50 clients a day Take and direct phone calls to relevant departments Assist on the POS(point of service) Review client's bank statement, Salary slips and confirm employment. Sell good to the customers when the store is busy I work with very happy people, we all have our bad days but once we are together it all goes away. I like helping my clients I only dislike it when the client is not truthful about their financial status and then the loan declines I have learned that in life we all have problems and deal with them differently and there is nothing wrong on how one deals the problem comes when one makes it everyone's problem
