I zwelibanzi work as a stock controller l count stock daily and check if there any varancies and adjust stock so that it may balance physically with stock on the computer, l am also responsible for checking if stock was received correctly, and l am also responsible to oversee that pricing is correct, working at Cashbuild has made me grow cause l started off a loader then l progressed to be a cashier and a Merchandiser which gave my an opportunity to know more of our products and learn more about other positions l then become stock controller and receiving stock, my co-workers are great cause we get along very well and we teach each other different things everyday we work as a team that is the reason l grew in this company and we face challage together as a team to achive our goals

Pros: Great opportunity to learn its be a stepping store for me
Cons: There is less growth once u get to a certain level
