I am a fast learning person who knows to manage time and workload.

I am a multi-tasked person has leadership and interpersonal skill, who likes making good relationship with people around me. I started working as a sales person moved to be a cashier, then equipped with storekeeper skills of which I was promoted to the storekeeper position. Eventually I was promoted as a Personal Finance Operator.

Pros: I am very fast learning person who is willing to learn new things.
Cons: The setbacks of working in Cashconverters are that hardworks and sacrifices of employees are not recognition and appraised as to motivate employees to do more.

Learning skills

I work for 8 hours, and i have a good relationshop with my colleques , i have learned lots of things how to treat other people ,i also have a very googd communication and listening skills, how to work together as a team. what i enjoyed most is when we reach monthly target. the most challenging aspects of my job is when we must work hard towards month end and send monthly reports, but i really enjoyed every moment of keeping my self busy the whole day

Best smile

I like that fact that I am meeting with different kind of people everyday, difficult and nice customers which I always have a way to candle both of them, good relationship team work and covering for each other always I enjoy having and meeting new things everyday the most challenging thing is when you see a fradaulent

I am a fast learner

I would describe working at cashconvers as working very hard and no award or bonus. LOYAL to my work is i do believe in. I would do enything to just be given a change to prove i am what i say i am. A work place is were work is work. I also have a good skill to work with my co workers, I enjoy working with cleints ether on the phone or in person

Pros: I would work overtime. Do more then expected from me
Cons: mon to son. 1 day off

Always have learning habit and grow

Get job done, make things happens to take the company to the next level. And always to make a company proud of me by doing good. Always honor the brand of the company and do what the company is asking you to do by excel in all departments.
