I learnt alot for the pass 6 months i mean i enjoyed working and meeting new challenges everyday

work is amazing I mean I learnt new things everyday my co-workers were are amazing I mean we got on so well I mean they were so understanding and didn't disappoint in anything I got computer skills and learnt how to type how to be professional and be passionate at what you are doing communicating with everyone and typing meeting the deadline

Pros: they were very professional and very ethical in a work place
Cons: some of them were very lazy

Work was amazing

work was very nice I mean I learnt a lot of thing my co-workers were just amazing and very open people I got skills of typing and how to run a computer I enjoyed the communication I had with my other co-workers meeting the deadline because sometimes it feels like the work is too much

Pros: it was great because people were very professional
Cons: 8 hours max a day

Insight to my work environment and responsibilities.

Work days based on deadlines and including monitoring and controlling of current projects. We have an interactive working environment everyone is happy to assist each other, my relationship with my co-workers is based on a mutual assistance bases, we respect each other and I generally make conversation and interact due to my personality because I am a peoples person. I have learnt various things about the agricultural industry including the project management principal and producers of the company, it is a state owned company so I have gained insight from that perspective. My favorite tasks is the scheduling and planning component of my job including the financial management aspect. The most challenging aspects is following government processes, therefore I constantly read up on which is time consuming and challenging due to constant change but I work through by reading up on the policies including brainstorming with my peers.

Regular engagements with stakeholders Have good interpersonal relations and great communications skills Have learnt to respect the ideas of other people and listen and apply my mind before responding I enjoy working with other people as a team and like to contribute to the discussions Most challenging aspect is the attitude other other people towards development and once has to ensure that I manage negativity in a professional manner

Excellent learning curve

I am a 23 year old women with 4 years of working experience. A very trust worthy and reliable person that never gives up. I am currently an Administrative Clerk working on a contract basis wishing to find a permanent position.

Hard work and stress, challenging

Many things happens uotes, placingders, doing planning, reporting and doing payments. My 2 subordinates must also be looked after or I must be available to guide them. Project visits to projects are also done at least every 3 days. which includes issuing tenders, requesting quotes, placing orders, doing planning, reporting and doing payments. My 2 subordinates must also be looked after or I must be available to guide them. Project visits to projects are also done at least every 3 days.

Pros: None
Cons: Much stress and no real recognition received for hard work.
