I have completed three(3) year National Diploma in Tourism Management and a one(1) year Post Graduate Certificate in Education. I am currently working at the Castle of Good Hope, one of the world best recognised Tourist Attractions in the world. I have been working over three year, however, teaching is my passion. I have experience in the tourism industry, having worked for over three years working under Tourism and Marketing as a tourist guide, doing; Administration, Tourist Guide, Office management, Website assistance, Email manager, Procurements, Line support, ICT assistance and Asset Management at the Castle of Good Hope. I can handle all responsibilities associated with this position. I can deal with students at higher level and able to deliver knowledge I have to them. I work well under pressure able to communicate effectively. Getting an opportunity to work with your prestigious organization would be great opportunity for me.

Excellent Learning Experience

Good person to work with and love to work as a team player Good job experience and good people to work with I enjoy working about clients and help them when there is a need The most challenging part in the job is when it is under pressure on pick time and seasons i learned a lot about customer service, word or Microsoft Office and emails and bookings

Excellent learning curve

add value to the organization with opportunities of self-learning and professional growth. For my typical work day was that i had to take clients for tours to the venues that might be suitable for the clients,also assist in decorating and also helping clients with the permit forms and telling my co-workers what events do we have for the week..My relationship with my co-workers was professional also friendly one because we got along and we also assisted on another when need to.that events can be challenges but you have to be able to think on your feet and also be committed .I have enjoyed each and every challenge that i had because for me it was a learning curve and also butting my theory into practical was also something i enjoyed very much
