Excellent Learning curve

Working here is interesting as we are exposed in various activities and we working in an space environment to improve team work and communication.we do data capturing,telephone communication and email.I have learnt so much and i am growing in the company.I enjoy being exposed to different departments.

Excellent learning curve

Calling candidates on a daily basis and update on the online system. Filing and data capturing, calling colleges from time to time and arranging meetings, place orders and receive them and sign stock count

Microsoft Word and excel

I have a good relationship with my colleagues, i enjoy most capturing Most challenges, facing alot of difficult people almost every day, old aged people looking for a job crying , typical work day:taking minutes, placing orders, writing of a report, capturing, planning of event diary, appointments . I have leaned so much because at first i didn't know how do a Calendar booking, how to work with Excel how to put people on database.

Pros: 100% accurate in typing test with no errors in 1 munute
Cons: Lunch time its 30 mins

Excellent

Catalyx is as place that offers different skills development for their employee,Since it is a company that deals with different projects.What i learn is that you are exposed to learn different work/task as much as you can so you gain more knowledge and experience.What i joy most was team building in social events that took place.
