Menu planning, ordering and receiving stock, Delegating duties to staff, being front of house at each sector each meal time, doing hands on directors lunches, running shop and coffee shop, liaising with housekeeping supervisor on premises cleaning schedules, issuing stock for meals and cleaning, doing all recording of Admin, costing of daily consumption, and sales, cash ups, doing full monthly account, planning monthly theme day, and various other functions held daily
