Choosing to work for this company has been a great joy, and this made me see things differently like the misconception that recognition and reward are a grand gesture. I feel motivated and glad for the company for elevating my skills to a whole knew different level, working here might have not always been roses and chocolates, sunshine and smiles, but it surely taught me on how to deliberately extend assistance without expecting anything in return. These are some of the values I have always had (integrity, sustainability, excellence, team work, performance driven), I just amplified it within this company. It will be sad to have to leave, but a ball needs to keep rolling from one end of the court to another if it requires to make that goal therefore there will come a time where one needs to eventually fly out of the nest.

Learning curve
I have learnt a lot in the 3 years I have been working at Caterpillar Africa. I have worked in 2 different departments, namely: Auditing and Dealer Services.
Pros: Great learning experience in the Logistics field

Good communication skills
What I like about my work environment is the people I work with. They are good team players and fun to work with. What I have learnt is to be.a team player and understand people with different characters and what important role they play in our working environment. What I enjoy miost is the different imputs and ideas we bring to the fore in order for us to reach production and targets. The most challenging aspects of the job is the audits and logistics.
