The company has taught me a lot and have given me short courses training to improve my knowledge.

-The company has long working hours and less time to rest or spend with your family as 1 has to work 6 days in a week, and knock of time is also not guaranteed as it depends on what time production ends. -There are co-workers which are good to work with and there are those who are unpredictable, with attitude. I just do my work and focus on what I am paid to do, not on people. -I have learnt a lot as I am at an entry level of my career. The courses the company has given me has also improved my knowledge. -What I enjoy the most is there non limitless of learning and exposure. The company exposes you to a lot of things and lot of departments so you can learn. -The most challenging expect is to work with people who are not willing to do what they are required to do and you have to follow them around to ensure that the job is done.

Pros: Great exposure and learning
Cons: Long working hours and less time to rest or spend with your family.

Me and my abbilities

Hii have worked in many field in my carreer and gained knollage that not every one have. A challenge is always accepted and there is always room for imorovement

I have learnt lot here,eg the use of meat matrix,invoicing,trip sheets and generating sn

I have expirience of computer,meat matrix infact im good experienced picker in a warehouse also able to recieve and dispatch stock.im a good picker whos able to work under pressure and also able to work well with co workers and have a spirit to make them believe we can reach a target without failure

Not bad company to work for

Our division is devided into three shifts,that is 06:00 to 16:00, 07:00 to 17:00 and 09:00 to 19:00. The rest of the divisions start at 07h30 till 16h30. I have a good relationship with my co-workers in my division and also the rest of the divisions. We get along very well but when it is time for work everybody is at their work stations. I have learnt how to handle meat . Our CEO is a very open individual, he is always having time for us as his juniours. The only challenge is when the driver get to the customer, and find other trucks, having to wait in a que while they still have other customers to deliver and majority of our customers closes at 16h00.

Pros: It is a small company where it is very rare to get a promotion
Cons: Logistics works 12hrs per day.

Fast learning and hard worker

It's always a pleasures to work in a huge companies with many people. Different groups and culture. It's also easy to connect and learn to communicate with people.

I am proactive hardworking and flexible individual who constantly perused excellence and with eagerness for breaking news.I work under pressure, always instilling and developing a sense of discipline in very one of my endeavours and to those around me. I am self-motivated; Attention to detail not makes me result driven but also enables me to establish long -term and rewarding relationship with all stakeholders. Ideal for growth

Our typical work day starts from 7 in the morning where we do order maintenance, picking, i then proceed to fo the invoicing after the final checks, trucks are loaded thereafter, this continues until 16:00 where we then handover to the next team, i have the basic fundamentals of leadership, teamwork and efficiency

Pros: Great learning curve
Cons: Work load can be heavy
