My experince

I enjoy working at my current except that is far from where I am staying and the travelling is just tiring especially during busy season where we do not have exact time to knock off. I have never worked at a company where Production and Quality work together and have same goal like my current Job. Management there is amazing always there to solve issues and not sweep the issue away. In terms of working hours is different every day, it all depend on production . I have learned that Team work is very important in business and gained knowledge about may process .Most challenging things is Visitor or Auditor comes anytime regardless how busy your schedule is and must be able to juggle everything for that day. Basically any day can be audit day. The good thing about my relationship with my co-workers is that we all understand each other and our differences and accept each other the way we are .

It's an excellent learning curve

Working at Cavalier is quite great, interesting and an excellent learning curve for beginners, but on the other side find it not challenging as someone can't explore beyond limit and unleash their hidden capabilities

Pros: There's great opportunity for growth
Cons: Working long hours and overtime
