Fast growing and constantly adapting Market

Stepping into the beer market directly from a spirits background is as much the same as it is different. The basics of being a good salesperson still applies, however the market itself, faces different challenges in South Africa. It is a constant learning experience and being flexible is of utmost importance. Being able to adapt in a fast pace environment whilst still being focused on the end goal is an accurate description sentence. We believe in seeing minimum of 12 customers per day, and making sure our volume driving customers see us atleast twice a month Our team consists of 4 reps currently with a vacancy for another rep to join our team. We are a solid unit and though we face different challenges daily, still touch base and tackle problems as a unit. Some of us have worked In each have other's areas and k owners each other's customers and this truly helps a lot not only with selling, but with building sustainable Relationships too

Learned a lot within the Company

I enjoy working on deadlines and as a team, though I can work independently without supervision. The challenge within the workload is motivational and gives me pride in what I do. Getting quotes and choosing good suppliers - placing an order, following up on it and the back orders - grn stock into the system - put the stock on demo - setup and invoice out. Being in charge an prioritising is the best thing, being able to explain how things should be done without making the other person unhappy. I am good at my work and my goal is to bring about change and be an asset to my organisation. I'm honest, punctual, have reliable transport and can compromise my personal time(tea & lunch) for my work.

Cons: 8 hours and working weekends on financial year ends

Am a hard working person and I am willing to work under any circumstances

It's a school with over 95 teachers it starts from grade r to grade 12, it has 4 servers which are managed by me, I support the rest of the school. I also do monthly reports to update the board and the people I report to as to what is need, how the budget would be

Pros: It's like any other school or companies it comes with its perks
Cons: Am not challenged at the school

My working environment

Nice to work at the company, we are a small sales team who cover the whole western cape. Daily interactions with customers. This is a sales driven environment so chasing sales is our main priority.
