Strive to learn amd inprove

knows many employees (operators), as we manufacturing electrical cables through out a day at our company. we have a good relationship with workers, but not that everyone understand me, there are those we don't normally communicate. - learnt -I've learn many things including how cable is being manufactured from insulation till sheathing, I've been exposed in planning department how do I plan for my machines, and how that plan is executed. why is important for any machine to have a plan program -Enjoy - getting knowledge each daily problems we face and how we solve them, getting data to speak how far are and what we need to do to improve our daily performance - we running fast moving product, therefore each day we need to ensure that we deliver quality product on time in full. working under pressure so we can deliver in time to make our customers happy. -

Pros: less promotion to be grunted
Cons: can work under pressure and give extra hours

Its very diverse environment

Its a very demanding environment. High expactations to deliver on time. Need to be accountable to evey decision you take. Have a good working relationship with the fellow colleague. Respect our differences. Team work I have learned that what ever you do need to be accountable for every action/decision you take. I enjoy the inter action with people Very demanding and too much project that need to be done at ones

Pros: Expose do different situautions and its a good learning curve
Cons: It a demanding environment
