Excellent learning curve

A typical work day - highly pressured - Your relationship with co-workers - nit very friendly and cliquey - What you have learnt - did a lot of short courses and database management skills - What you enjoy most - access to short courses - The most challenging aspect said of the job-lack of proper briefing, limits on creativity, working hours and company culture

Cons: long and inflexible hours
