Excellent learning Curve

I am a young dynamic, tenacious male currently residing in Johannesburg. For this and many reasons I believe I can acclimatize to any kind of environment. I take great pleasure in facing challenges and seeing them through and I am deadline driven. I have excellent communications skills both orally and in writing. I also consider myself to have immense potential intellectually; I have completed my B.Com Accounting Degree (With Accounting, Auditing, Financial Management and Taxation majors) at the University of Johannesburg and. I am a thinker, a problem poser and a problem solver and I am able to think analytically. I am an outcome driven team player and I can also be an exceptional leader if and when the situation requires me to be one. Situations and experiences throughout my life have afforded me the above qualities, if considered for this great opportunity, I will certainly bring these essential qualities with me.

Good working experience

Working at CBRE is a fantastic experience. Unfortunately, CBRE lost the RFP to another competitor on the IBM account after 30 great years working with IBM and unfortunately this has forced many to move on to seek new opportunities

Great opportunity to grow.

I currently work in a very busy environment were team work is keen and meeting tight deadlines is also important, the amount of work load has taught me to work under pressure and procure accurate results. What I enjoy the most about my job is making monthly management reports cause thats where I get to show off my skills and accounting knowledge since I work in a leasing receivables account.

Pros: There is a great chance of growth as the company is always evolving
Cons: Our company is working as an agent and the ownerels of the contract might take the contract
