Great knowledge of facilities, well trained and skills
I have been working in the property management and facilities management industry for the past 9 years to date. I’m very ambitious, result and career driven person, dedicated to achieving the end goal results regardless of obstacles that may occur in the process. I’m an easy open-ended person to approach, team player and show economy of effort. Strong abilities to work under pressure with professional scepticism see the bigger picture, ability to work independently without supervision. I’m a critical thinker who takes proactive initiative, influence and has self-learning abilities. Positive attitude towards learning and positive attitude towards change and most importantly respect for others. My education background coupled with my experience and passion for client service management related activities will enable me to carry out the responsibilities of the above mentioned position with much relative ease should I be given an opportunity.

Great company to work for. I have gained great experience and knowledge.
Great With CBRE I have managed to get involved in many aspects of the company. I have been quality rep, SHE Rep, First aid Officer and have also managed to study Faciltiies Management. My day consists of assisting staff in the office with health and safety requirements as well as any general issue that arises. I keep the office maintained in every aspect from HVAC systems to kitchen consumables and managing the cleaning staff. I hold weekly meetings for all the staff. Have developed a great relationship with my contractors/suppliers whom I keep in constant contact with. All administration work is kept up to date and I ensure the office is run smoothly and the staff are happy. The most challenging aspects of the job would be to remain consistent and persevering through adversity

Good working Atmosphere
Good Working atmosphere with good colleagues. Leading the team with good enthu & Spirit. Coordination with the team. Proper time for coordination. Always be available for the same.

Wonderful learning experience
Working for CBRE has been an amazing experience. I had the opportunity to learn and grow in a very busy and dynamic working environment. I developed great relationships with staff members as well as top managers. I also got to build good relationships with clients, which makes work life very smooth sailing, although challenging at times as there are SLA's that need to met. I really enjoy working for my company and I will forever be grateful to them for the wonderful opportunity that they have provided me.
