Good learning curve

Generally it's a good working environment, except for the long working hours at times ends up eating away your personal life. Suitable for someone who is still young because one spends most of the time traveling, long hours sometimes pulling an all night shift when it's crunch times. I have learned quite a few things from my time with the company and have grown professionally and personally.

Pros: Great team members in my region and some from other regions
Cons: Long hours and poor planning at times

Great opportunity to grow my skills set and knowledge

CCG Systems has provided me with the opportunity to grow my skills sets and abilities. I have been exposed to various areas of HR and have gained much more experience in these few years than one would acquire in longer working periods. I have the opportunity to show my leadership skills by heading a department for L&D, delegating and sharing responsibilities to get the job done. I have built strong relationships with my colleagues as well as the employees while remaining professional. As many companies, they do come with challenges, the few challenges faced are useful feedback from top management however this allows me to make independent decisions to ensure the work is done.

Excellent learning curve

Amazing Company that has grown in stature assisting Muncipalities to deliver accounts and services. I have learned about collecting funds from clients and requesting it in a very diplomatic way that ensures that we receive payments timeously. based on their equity share payments. I am responsible for keeping the banking down loaded and captured and reconcile. I am able to capture invoices from Suppliers as well as doing billing , down load statements and copies of invoices at anytime which assists the consultants in the field.

Pros: great place for learning the accounting system
Cons: There are long working hours for the consultants

Excellent leaning opportunity and stepping stone

The work environment is a high pressure with great employes to work and exposure to a lot of business processes and . You get to do a whole lot of things because it is a small company. It is a great learning curve for people who are willing to learn and grow in their careers

Pros: Full function responsibilities
Cons: Low pay
