Excellent communication skills and sales experience
I am a problem solver who love taking a problem and look at it from every angle. I enjoy work that challenges me and pushes me to think outside of the box. I enjoy situation that allowed me to work with other people to come with creative solution. I love interacting with the public and love doing outreach. I have over 6 months in inbound and outbound sales in the working environment as a Sales Agent at CCI call center. I am a hard working individual who cares about doing the job right and on time. I work well under-pressure while maintaining good quality and excellence when performing my duties, works well in a team and as an individual, I’m well organized, pro-active with good socializing skills. I’m enthusiastic, reliable, trustworthy, passionate individual with good communication skills and also have good computer skill that can benefit the company

Am mpumi goba 29 of age live at Inanda glebe have 2 kids that i work for and my family my dad past away so am a bread winner at home lige is not easy Am a good person to be around with Very friendly love my job am always on time I love my kids and wanna do best for them Ihave a good relationship were i work am willing to have this chance hope it will take me to the top rank in yo company i enjoy most to help customers and solve their issues.what can be so challenging is when it come to complaint but can handle good

CCI have been a great experience for a starter like me.
Actually it is a nice place working at CCI, my colleagues and managers are very friendly, it is a friendly environment even though it is a formal place. I've learnt more about the system, how to handle customers, how to deal with lot of issues regarding customers since I'm working under UK. I've also learnt alot about working with other people as a team, I'm now excellent in team work. So yes to cut it short, there are always those ups and downs but CCI have been a great experience for a starter like me.

I am well spoken individual with a positive attitude. I am an individual that has an attention to detail. I work well alone and can be left unsupervised. I am a go-getter that is hard working and I have excellent communication skills. I am a fast learner and I adapt easily to various situations. EXCELLENT LERNING CURVE
I work at least 6 days a week for cci call center the company has many different campaigns however I work for mtn 173 customer service.i have a very strong relationship with my co-workers and managers. I enjoy my day to day communication with customers and I've been named agent of the year.

Excellent growth and development
Its a fun environment where i have learned a lot about customer services and call centre management.i have learnt to work smart and always be focus while i have fun and always finding ways to make my job easy and manageable.

I've learnt to deal with different people with different attitude and bealiefs
Working in a call center taught me how to be patient, to deal with different people "customers", to understand where they come from and their frustrations.. as a sales agent i can now calm the customer down, nomatter how angry they are and on top of that make sure they listen and go with whatever am offering them because its always the best. What i enjoy the most is to get a thank you from the pearson am assisting at that time. The most challenging espect of the job am doing currently is to work long shifts and get paid less. The relationship with my co-workers is excellent because we always work as a team and encourage each other each and everyday.

Excellent learning and experience
Excellent working experience and great work environment, great opportunities. Loved working with the people, staff is amazing and friendly. We had great managers, we also had lots of fun at the office. Great food. Not so friendly customers but days were different. Having too many calls was the greatest challenge of them all. Having to work on weekends was no fun but we had to just get the money
