Great communication skills

Working in a call Centre has given me confidence to work well with people. I am able to work under pressure. I communicate well with clients. It has thought me to work well individually with minimal supervision as well as in a group.

Learning experience,

I have learnt how to work with different people, adaptable to any situation as things change anytime with growing industry. It has helped me grow from an agent to the Leader I am today. However I am looking for something where I can get a provident fund and other benefits.

Pros: Room for growth and promotions
Cons: Working long hours and holidays.

Learning curve

I am a 25 year old lady who is target driven and eager to learn. I aim to please and dedicate myself in all levels. I have the required experience as I have worked in a sales environment for over a year. I am available as soon possible for the post. I look forward to a favourable response.

Challenging

CCI is a great place to work at, challenging at all times, as we work for customers that are based in the UK. I would say working there has helped me alot in terms knowing how to deal with different people and it had taught me patience, one bad thing I would point out about CCI is the working hours, as we should atleast be compatible with UK hours.

Very challenging and demanding

I am currently working as a retentions consultant which is a very demanding and challenging job, aside from the working hours but the KPI's are often difficult to reach and targets. Working on convincing customers to stay with the business and sell them value for service. Clients are from adament on ending their contracts therefore the job requires great communication and customer service skills. The job also requires team work and computer skills and ability to work under immense pressure.

Great learning experience

It was an excellent learning curve where I learnet how to deal with different kinds of customers. And learn how to work long hours. And how to work under tremendous amount of pressure. And also working in a team. It has brought me out of my shell and have become very bold and very well spoken. What I enjoyed most was that thank you at the end of the call from a customer because nothing is as fulfilling as lending a helpful hand and giving customers satisfaction.

Excellent Learning Curves

I have worked at a call center envirnment for thw past 3 years. During these years i have been able to learn the systems that we have to a point that i was actually recognised to becoming tje second in command in the team so to assist with tje product as well as tje systems. I am a very fast learner willing to enrol to any change as i also adapt easily. Based on my communication skill i have developed so far i would say i would be of a great asset towards your company. I also have been recognised for being the best agent when it comes to customer service. Worked for an Insurance campaign also an Entertainment campaign so with this experience it has given me a bit of insight in both worlds. Willing to learn new things as soon as possible

Best line of help

It was a great place to work in. Made a point of teamwork, therefore, got along really well with co-workers. Learnt to be the best at what I did in the company by receiving and offering help to co-workers when faced with new challenges. The most challenging aspsects of the job were having a customer who has received poor services over and over again and has formed an opinion that cannot be beaten by even the best offer and compassion that any other service provider could ever offer.

Pros: Ability to consult with peers, as well as seniors immediately when faced with a challenge.

Excellent learning curve

It was a great environment to work around in.its was also a great place to learn and have growth however the hours and the salary was not convenient for me.

Excellent learning curve, I've learned more than I ever thought I would of learned about people.

The company on a whole is good, however with the right management it could be better. People feel over worked and under paid, you need to keep your employees happy if you don't want them to leave.

Pros: In the beginning there opportunity for growth was limitless, or at least that's what it seemed like
Cons: ridiculously long working hours
