Good stepping stone
I gained all the relevant skills and expertise I need from all the environments of work I have indulged in. I have gained in confidence through understanding and growing good concepualisation skills towards my BCom qualification. This is growing my business acumen and I still have room for improvement. The environment was conducive and healthy for employees, incentives were great and employee development grows were very good to help each individual reach his/her actualisation stage of good credibility on resume. I learnt how to be patient and understand the clients position of anger, organising myself behaviour, being punctual and how to multi-task. The most challenging aspect of the job was to explain to the customer why we can't solve the customers query immediately and may take up to 3 - 5 working days to have the customers services rendered at full health.
Pros: Great opportunities for commission
Cons: Long and awkward working hours

Entry level
Working at CCISA is sh#t.Long working hours less pay.Seniors look down on employees and dont value them or their opinions. The working environment is stiff and not flexible. Basically you don't have a life when you're working there.
Pros: Good entry level job
Cons: Long working hours less pay
