I'M enjoying to work for this company, when I'm waking up in the morning I wake up with joy of I'm going to work it's really nice to spend my time at work cause we always learning many things since construction work it's specialising with many things like plumbing, painting, electrician etc,I have good relationship with my boss and foremen since they know how ask favours such as paying other labours those who don't have bank accounts in to my account I've learnt many things at this company,how to handle a pressure,how to manage your staff and work, team leader, team work and to compromise, I enjoy to be next to my staff cause they are the ones who did everything for me, the challenges,it's when you don't have staff in certain time where there is dateline

Pros: 4 jobs in different sites
Cons: Working in weekends

Awsome experience

It was educational and motivating. Typing, Making notices, creating schedules, Making clint confirmation answering calls. I was setting up vehicle sequences.

Pros: It a technical industry which help you to adapt to new things
Cons: Very long hour.
