I'm a hard worker who is eager to learn anything that I'm interested in.

Throughout the years with CEB maintenence i have gained alot of experience in dealing with customers and problem solving skills. In CEB we do point of sale maintaince for mostly retail stores where one is faced with happy or unhappy customers at all time, with that said I have learned to be patient, hardworking and finally leaned how to manage my time because SLA is very vital. I love helping people in what ever way possible that's why I enjoy this job. The most challenging part about CEB is knowing how to manage time and having a good relationship with the customers because not all customers will like u but it's key that u keep a good relationship.

Cons: Driving around and long hours

Great environment for experience

- I have learned a lot. - No opportunity for growth. - Lot of responsibility. - Too much work to be done. - Too much traveling. - stressful work environment. - you get to see places you don't know. - no enough rest as you work on weekends and holidays even late hours.

Working to feed my family . I cannot make ends meat and yet I work from 7am till late with only a thank u.

To acquire experience

Ut has been a learning curve for me at my company for past 9 years. I have really grown as a person and have gained alot of experience in dealing with technical problems and customer queries. Unfortunately here is no growth for me here and I need to find a company that value what I put into my work.

Excellent learning curve

A person can learn and gain alot of experience at this company however there is no moving up and the salary is poor. What can one do if you cannot find another job who will actually acknowledge what your worth is.
