It takes Hard work and sacrifices to succeed in life

I started my career off as a credit contoller, then I became a sales consultant and later on a 2IC then I became a branch manager. It takes hard work and determination to reach goals. I work well individually and in a group. My strenght is admin and custoner service.

Pros: working with good people and its a great way to gain experience of the day to dat running of a businesss
Cons: dissapoint clients if the stock has not been received as estimated

Expert in training and Quality Assessor

Good day My experience in working at CELLC was the best thing that happened to me. I learned to multitask and working with Customers directly and indirectly. I have learned to be patient with with my Customers and offering a good Customer Service as well as going extra mile for them. I have also learned that in the work place you have to be available to do extra work and also learn other things as well.

Pros: Learn more in the Department you are working in

Career opportunity for Staff

Working for a big company like Cell c has taught me a lot in terms of respecting customers, meeting customers needs at all times and keeping our customers happy at all times. people are my inspiration and that has help me a lot to deal with irate customers and retaining them, The relationship between different department has help bringing our company in map hence we are the best employee of the year and its because we respect each other and team work within the different department is phenomenal. i enjoy meeting different people interacting and most important keeping them and serving all their needs, iv'e learn never to disrespect and judge anyone, treat all the customer the same and keep the happy at all times Customers who refuse to be assisted or irate customer who wants things to be done their own way, every company has its own rules and regulations.

Pros: Building rapport with customers, assisting them in an appropriate manner that's builds customer loyalty.

Excellent learning curve

Assisting customers over the phone with their cellphone contracts,from updating customers information such as banking details,email address ,debit order date and banking details to international roaming,cellphone upgrades,debit accounts,reactivation of accounts due to payment.

work if Fun because you talk and assist different types off people and knowing that you have resolved some ones Query . the mos challenging aspect is the shifts late night shifts,the relation with with co-workers is the best ,i have learned self discipline and baing a srtong team player
