Excellent learning opportunity

Working with my collegues is a wonderful experience they are good people who make the working environment a perfect place to be at..i have learnt a lot about the laggage the brands and how to up sell to customers, the customers can be challenging sometimes but when you know your staff then it's not that bad. I mostly enjoy competing on our incentives for the months that gives more power to make more sales and ensure you reach monthly targets...the weekly rewards are great they make it to have something to buy lunch.

Pros: Great opportunity for promoting
Cons: Only on festive season where we work long hours

Good but Challenging learning curve

I have learnt to approach the customers in a good manner, making them feel valued and welcome. I enjoy a lot that moments when my customers are giving me an ear to sell/ market the product I make sure they remember me even if they don't buy, challenging part was we were working for commission so it would depend who you working with

Cons: Was not given a chance to express my initiatives

Definitely excellent learning curve

Provide great customer service and assisting customer at fullest extent. We work as a family and help one another out. I've learnt to always treat the customer with the utmost respect and to listen to them. I love building relationships with customers but also keeping it on a professional level.

Pros: lots to learn
Cons: no growth
