Cemblocks ( Pty ) Ltd gives all employees a chance to grow within the company, they want employees to improve their skills and come up with new creative ideas to improve the company. I have gathered the most experience at this company and we grew as a family in the industrial business. The work load at times was heavy, like meeting deadlines for all the different job descriptions that at times were overlapping. i mostly enjoyed working for a company that cares and still begins the morning with prayer. My responsibilities at work • Ordering monthly bulk cement • Auto safe handling • Injuries on duty • Certificate control • Answering the phone • Organizing of health & safety appointments • Cemblocks petty cash • Updating of contracts • Quotations & emails • Management of plant salaries & pay slips • Printing of master documents • Organizing training • Sales & reception • Handling of CCMA cases and warnings • Statements - Wood stock

Fast Growing Company

Cemblocks is one of the fastest growing companies in Rustenburg. I would recoomend Cemblocks to any job seeker and customer. They strive to improve skills of employees and product improvement. Cemblocks has a few plants where bricks and paving blocks are being manufactured. They have day and night shifts. Working at Cemblocks was a great honor. Co-workers relationships are good and all of us were willing to work toghether. I have gained most of my experience Cemblocks. I enjoyed most working as a senior in HR Assistance and employing new employees. Time lines were challenging at times.

WHAT I NEED IN MY LIFE IS TOLEARNING NEW THINGS

I START WORK THERE AS WEIGHBRIDGE OPERATOR AND LATER AS A DRIVER.MY WORK WAS TO DELIVERY THE BRICKS TO THE CUSTOMERS AND WE AS WORKER WE WERE WORK VERY WELL. IF SOME ONE DIDN'T FINISH HIS INVOICE THE ONE WHO FINISH HELP OTHERS.IN LIFE I LEARN THAT WORK TOGETHER OR COMPANY YOU CAN DO MORE.WHAT I ENJOY MOST IS THE PART WHICH WE DO EVERY WEEK AFTER FINISH JOB.WE WERE HAVING THE MOST CHALLENGING ASPECTS OF THE JOB WHEN WE RUN OUT OF INVOICE ESPECIALLY DURING THE RUIN SEASONS
