Opportunity to grow
Working at centracom is a great opportunity cause!a you learn new things everyday I enjoy most difficult calls or faults that i come accross because i feel challenged and it helps me to grow after i have found a resolution. I have very friendly co-workers and i really enjoy and had fun working with them

There is always room for improvement and that is provided for all employees to learn and upskill them selves its greate place to grow with lots of great opportunity but limited resources for my qualification Hoping that at your company I will be able to advance the knowledge and also be useful and resourceful to your company with the knowledge I have so far The culture of the company is dynamic we have strong cultural diversity protects the interest of workers, I have learnt so much since I have been in this company good telephonic techniques, interpersonal skill and good customers care skills, challing part its dealing with difficult clients which test you to your limits and I have master the skill to handle such customers.

Service desk Team Leader
Customer service department, high pressured environment, high accuracy needed, good problem solving and initiative needed . Every day is not the same, some days are slow and mundane, some days are high paced and require quick thinking and accuracy. The Culture of the company is good, the Directors know your name, your other colleagues know your parents names. We are a small family. I have learned that consistency and creativity will keep you in the race. Besides the free internet, i enjoy the culture and respect we have as a small staff.
