The management want to interfear in everything wheres as a finance team we had to work acording to our the comoang had a good foundation that can make it grow stronger, as a growing company thats rekay on gge funds , sometimes its gard to nmgmcone with nwemew things as we had to relay on the donor

Cons: Long working hours and weekends sometimes withought overtime pay

Being jack of all trades

Working in Center for Positive Care developed my career and skills. I started as a volunteer but now I'm a site coordinator as a result of my hard work. Centre for Positive Care as an NGO is guided by the target set by the funder ; these influence hard work, excellence and integrity
