I learn something new everyday.

A typical work day for me is busy yet I get to learn a lot from my colleagues and surroundings. We treat each other not only as colleagues but more of sisters, the love is very great. I learnt a lot and I know that it is okay to make mistakes and learn from them. I enjoy helping out people and making them feel comfortable with me. The most challenging thing is when we have to source out marketing ideas and strategies to bring in more students and it doesn't became fruitful.

Great study career

Private tertiary education

Hard and non-stop environment preparing syllabus and curricula, lecture planning, presentations and implementing and management class rosters and lecturers in the program. Extremely awarding to experience the growth of students through the program years supporting them with new gained knowledge and into the work-place. A great learning curve in coordinating and organizing satellite campuses, streamlining lesson plans and practical experience re field excursions as well as implementing objective HR management, leave planning, rectification plans, etc.

Pros: education is rewarding
Cons: round the clock commitment resulting in no social life

A typical day includes all of the following:- Telephonic and electronic follow up with new students. Facilitating class General administration duties Post sales follow up and feedback. Writing and customising course material. Marking and evaluation of student's work. Budgets and forecasts for the next week.
