People-centric leader combined with the experience

I typical work day for me is a variety of many functions - I assist the operations in the South African branch which has 13 people, I do the business development/client relations for the firm within Africa as well as Human Resources for 4 offices in Africa and assist with Human Resources for 15 strategic partners within Africa. I have an easy relationship with my co-workers because I am a transparent person. Being in this position has taught me a lot of things because I do a multitude of tasks and that is what I enjoy the most about the position is what is most challenging - having to multi-task and understand different countries laws. I love interacting with people, making a difference tenacious passion for the mutual development.
