Always learning more each day, like to familiarize myself with new computer programs, love to work with people, the very long hours are challenging - do not have many free week-ends.

Pros: Learnt other type of work (educational field) - very satisfying
Cons: Hours and low salaries - a challenge

Chose wrong career path

Work close to home. Salary small. Not enough hands. Very long hours weekends. Good relations with co workers. Learnt a lot about training and education. Enjoy Fridays off. Challenge get only 4 weekends of per annum!no family time. Can't cope with small salary. No salary increases, it depends on church growth

Pros: Great learning curve - if you know nothing about full time ministry
Cons: Long working hours
