Excellent learning curve

CFW is a brilliant company not only to start your trade of but to grow into a excellent electrician. The experience is vast within the company, from off site servicing to onsite maintenance to working with plc's.frequency drives,transformers,compressors, different makes and sizes of motors. The working environment is good, every company has it's bad and good days, but one thing this company has is a great environment between it's people. They say well treated people give you the best product that leaves your gates. I have found it very challenging within myself as a young aspiring electrician to take on a managerial role this sudden as I still have lots of electrical experience I would like to attain. Not that I do not want to become a manager in the future, I just find it critical that a manager have the utmost practical and theoretical experience before being able to teach and run a staff within there trade.

Pros: Good building block and platform to start
Cons: Unpredictable working hours and working locations

Exellent learning curve

tits great to work there at cfw.the guys u work under shares alot of knowledge.there are like different departments u can work.i work at sheetmetal department for 2 years and after that I waorked at std fans. for 2years aswell.there I learned to fabricate industrial fans aswell as axial casings and hoew to assemble asswwellmost challenging for me was when the w.c. comes around to check the fan out before it goes to welding.if he is satisfied than u r happy.sometimes u must be multiytask and do 2 jobs at once.like assembling and manufature.and work late and on weekends.once the fan is sprayed,then they loaf it on the truck and there it goes to the client.and u coan happily say there goes my fan .o

Pros: yes its great to work there.ive learned alot
Cons: no compulsary
