Yes it is a learning curve of work
When I started working there I was hoping to get more chances so that I can explore myself in the world of business but that was my mistake they only consider their favours not looking at the potential and up to day am stuck in the same position

Good
Its good working at checkers cause you get to learn more about financials and how to deal with it ,you get to communicate with customers ,there are difficult and understanding customers but and the end of the day the customer is always right,you have to understand and know your. we have good team skills but most of the time you have to be careful about passwords,do not give anybody your pass word cause that can put you into serious trouble. The hours we work are normal and we get to get two days off in a week and weekend off one month. What I enjoy most is having a good customers services towards the customer, the customer must leave the store with a happy attitude,so that he/she can come back again to be helped by me. The most challenging aspect of the job when you meet up with customers who deal with fraud, and when the money you made the whole day doesn't balance the trial balance. t

Excellent learning curve
long hours but exciting with a very understanding and loving boss, dealing with customers everyday, ensure things run smoothly in the department, keep good communication with fellow co-workers and encourage team work, what i enjoy is to multi- task like preparing food for customers daily, ordering of goods for the department, taking of orders for customers, scanning and doing idt of goods, organise and keeping order in the department. the most challenging aspect of the job is sometimes we work under pressure for the deadline to be met and dealing with difficult customers.

LEARN ALOT
Learn alot from the company and wasn't sacred to take anything on was always on duty for every shift going the extra mile i was also willing to stand in for other shifts and work overtime as they ask.

Good environment for growth and to empower yourself.
Retail gives me a chance to communicate with people from different backgrounds, to gain interpersonal skills, learning how to handle awkward situation. Leading a group of people is so interesting especially if you have a good relationship with youf co workers. The most challenging part of my job is dealingbwith difficult customers. but nonetheless i still manage to handle them in a polite manner

Good learning curve
Great opportunity to enstablish myself into the business world,and build my profile. Also an ideal opportunity to interact with customer and suppliers,it gave me as an individual to improve my communication skills and my confident.

Excellent learning
working hours monday to sunday at checkers but getting sum day off during the week, i had a good relation with my colleagues and i have learnt alot at checkers how to treat a customers and about good customer service n greet every customer with a smile be friendly with every customer and what i enjoy most at checkers is when we work as a team respect each other and the most challenging aspects at checkers is rude customers who don't wanna understand for example customer he or she looking for a cash back and i by that time i don't have when u tranfer a customer to another till point he or she don't understand that.
