It's educating but most energy draining from workers.

Working at Checkers store meat market specifically is so dangerous in terms of wellbeing of the workers,co-workers are very supportive since we all going through the same experience. I personally learn team work and going extra miles for what required from me as a worker to keep company goal rolling. I enjoy working hand on hand with management and leaning from their perspectives, the most challenging is that you can work overtime and paid nothing in return hence we paid a little.

Pros: No hopes for promotional opportunities
Cons: Long working hours volunteering

Good customer service and hard worker

Hi I have good customer service I love to work with people who love their job and who respect themselves and others who wear uniforms all the time who come to work on time
