Communicate well

We was respecting each other as a collique and share our skills from one on other because as a people we have different knowledge. If learn has to communicate well with other people helping a customer's with good members.I love my job we meet new different people every day and I enjoyed my jod everyday I started my shift. we meet different customer some are difficult to handle and some are rude as a cashier we have to keep quiet and listen to a customer if a customer its complaining.if I was a boss I would hire more of cashier because the cashier wasn't enough we find that we have a broblems with the customer when the quers was to long because of the shortange of w cashier and the customer must complain and its a bad reputation to the s ad a cashier

Pros: its was not easy to get a promotion because we wasn't a permanent employee
Cons: our shift was Norma because we work 8hour per day

Fast learner

Our shift from work was normal as any other employees and we also have good time from each other.as a collique we have different experience so we share that experience from one on other and also compromised on one things include our manager.to work face to face with people it help me a lot because you learn how to communicate with people how to deal with a difficult customer.I enyoy working with people most because you learn different things every day and I also use to love my job mostly.is but sometims difficult to work with people some of the customer are difficult as a cashier I have to be calmed if a customer complain and also explain what was wrong with the product she/he buy

Good communication and work ethic

Checkers is a success business in various country. It was pleasure for me to be the part or employee of checkers company.as a cashier we have a good work ethics and we share our experience to one on other and have good communication from each other.I have learn many things e.g manage the tills,cash up the mony,spanned machandiser.what make me enjoy the job most is to now how to manage my tills amd it was the easiest job.some times as a cashier we meet different people some are rude some have shot temper so it is better to gave a customer what she/he want and be calmed if a customer is being rude.

Pros: My hard work
Cons: Long working hour
