Great for young adults,freshly out of school to gain experience

I am a young and dedicated individual that has gained a vast amount of knowledge during my work experiences. I enjoy tasks, meet deadlines and manage my time effectively. I pay attention to detail and ensure the completion of a task irrespective of the pressure endured in the process. I enjoy sharing my ideas, airing my opinions and creating a healthy environment to work in. I am flexible to change and confident on taking on new roles. I am willing to grow in different areas and have worked alongside management ,this has fluctuated my perspective when approaching and dealing with different situations. I consider myself as someone who can work independently and in a team. Your consideration to my application would be highly appreciated

A fairly new company with a few good years ahead to achieve their goals. I have learnt that challenges occur in a daily basis. What I enjoy most is being given the ability to make decisions and therefore being held accountable for them.

Pros: Making high level decisions
Cons: Extremely long unpredictable hours
